Terms and Conditions

Payment authorisation in full by credit card is required before we can accept any made to measure order. Once payment has been authorised and we have ascertained that there is stock available to manufacture, your order will be deemed to be a legally binding contract between us. If for any reason we cannot accept your order we shall contact you immediately

The price charged would be the price as set out in the web page. Optional extra charges may be applied for special delivery and it may not be possible to deliver to all locations.

Our customised blinds are made to the specifications that you have provided and it is very important that you take care in checking the details before placing an order. We are not able to agree to returns for blinds that are correctly made to your requirements.

Cancellations cannot be made for any blinds that have already gone into production.

Please inspect your blinds upon delivery. If damage in transit has occurred, sign received damaged and notify us within 48hrs. Also confirm that the blind matches your order.

Blinds damaged in transit will either be replaced or repaired if notified within 48hrs, after this 48hr period there may be a charge.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  1. We cannot deliver to your area.
  2. We have insuffient stock and can no longer get further supplies.
  3. We have made at typographical error on the pricing.

In the event of a cancellation, we shall refund the full amount taken from your credit card for the cancelled order. No further compensation will made for any inconvenience or disappointment suffered.

We shall have no liability for any none or late delivery or damage to goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss of trade you may incur.

Your statuary rights are not affected.
